AI2COE is a diagnostic-first AI adoption portal. PartsCleanse AI reports are decision-support artifacts intended for review by operations, procurement, finance, maintenance, and data-governance leaders. Report outputs do not authorize automatic ERP changes.
Benchmark assumptions
Industry statistical ranges shown on public pages and ROI calculator emails are planning assumptions, not guaranteed results. Final ROI depends on uploaded data, actual inventory values, quantities, duplicate evidence, owner review, and governed remediation decisions.
Account responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and submitting accurate business profile information. Report artifacts remain access-controlled and tied to the generating user or admin account.
Production readiness
Before production launch, Google and LinkedIn login should be enabled only after OAuth credentials, privacy notice, SMTP routing, HTTPS, backup, retention, and security controls are configured.
