Information we collect

AI2COE collects business profile information including name, company, designation, email, phone, city, state, country, and LinkedIn URL. For report generation, the portal stores report ownership records, diagnostic run identifiers, access logs, download history, quota usage, and summary diagnostic metrics such as SKU count, duplicate group count, duplicate rate, runtime, currency, and estimated exposure. Contact, ROI calculator, and industry pain-point forms store the submitted inquiry or assumptions, estimated value signal, lead score, routing destination, consent status, and follow-up preference.

Uploaded catalog file retention

PartsCleanse AI does not retain uploaded source catalog files or raw catalog rows after diagnostic processing. Uploaded CSV files are used to generate browser, Excel, Word, PDF, and clean CSV report artifacts, then the source upload folder is purged. Excel, Word, PDF, and clean CSV downloads are available only during the active report-generation session. After the session ends, authenticated users can reopen only the protected Open Findings browser report while the report link remains active. AI2COE retains only Open Findings, summary metrics, report ownership metadata, quota usage, feedback, and audit records required for the user's dashboard and platform improvement.

Why we collect it

Profile information is used to attribute reports to the person who generated them, govern access to report artifacts, support auditability, show quota consumption, and route inquiries to sales, info, or support. ROI calculator metadata is used to email the requested executive summary, create an auditable communications record, and send follow-up insights only when the user explicitly opts in. Company-domain status is used as a quality signal only; personal email addresses are accepted and marked as personal-email accepted or pending review.

How data is protected

Administrative pages are login-protected. Public pages do not expose report artifacts. Admin tables mask email addresses while CSV exports remain restricted to admin users. Before production hosting, database encryption, encrypted backups, HTTPS, secure cookie configuration, data retention policy, and SMTP credentials should be enabled.

Your choices

You may contact support@ai2coe.com to request profile correction, account access support, or removal of lead-submission records where legally permissible. ROI follow-up emails include an unsubscribe link that stops the ROI insight sequence without affecting transactional portal access.
