AI2COE is not a generic consulting site. It is a product-led AI adoption portal for industrial operations. The portal begins with diagnostic evidence, then uses governed frameworks and reports to help leaders decide what is worth funding.
PartsCleanse AI is the first production product. It analyzes MRO spare-parts catalog exports, detects duplicate item families, quantifies exposure, and produces executive reports without requiring ERP integration or automatic system write-back.
Data posture: Uploaded source catalogs are processed to generate reports and then purged. AI2COE retains Open Findings, summary metrics, report ownership, quota usage, feedback, and audit metadata for dashboards and improvement.
