Permitted uses
You may use the AI2COE portal and PartsCleanse AI diagnostic service to: upload your organization's own MRO spare-parts item master data for deduplication diagnostic purposes; generate, review, and download diagnostic report artifacts for internal decision-support use; share report artifacts with internal stakeholders, auditors, and advisors under confidentiality obligations; and access portal features including the AI Adoption Framework, industry pathways, and intelligence library for business planning purposes.
Prohibited uses
You may not: (a) upload data that you do not have the right to process, including third-party confidential data, personal data of natural persons without a lawful basis, export-controlled technical data where portal use would violate applicable export control laws, or competitor catalog data obtained by improper means; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the PartsCleanse AI duplicate-detection algorithm, confidence-scoring logic, or industrial discriminator rules; (c) resell, redistribute, or sublicense diagnostic report artifacts or benchmark data to third parties without written permission from Industrial IQ; (d) use automated scripts, bots, or API clients to access the portal in ways that circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls; (e) submit false or fabricated catalog data for the purpose of generating misleading diagnostic findings; (f) use the portal in any way that violates applicable law, including data protection law, export control law, or anti-corruption law.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify support@ai2coe.com immediately upon discovering unauthorized access to your account. Industrial IQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP without prior notice.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension, termination of the engagement without refund, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where criminal activity is involved. Industrial IQ reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Continued use of the portal after modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
